Members are invited to join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held online again this year, following the success of our first virtual AGM last year.
The AGM will take place from 12 – 2pm on Wednesday 26th January 2022.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your place, followed by a link to join the meeting on the day. AGM papers can be downloaded below.
The AGM covers the year 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021 which is the credit union’s financial year.
At the AGM you will:
Hear updates on the credit union’s progress during the year from the board & the chief executive
Receive a report on the financial accounts for the year
Receive a report from the credit union’s external auditors
Consider and vote on proposed changes to the credit union’s rulebook
Elect directors to the credit union’s board
Approve the dividend for the year
Approve the credit union’s external audit partner for the new financial year
