Members AGM Notice – Join us online on January 26th, 2022
Members are invited to join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held online again this year, following the success of our first virtual AGM last year.
The AGM will take place from 12 – 2pm on Wednesday 26th January 2022.
To register for the event please follow the link below and enter your name, email address and membership number.
Once registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your place, followed by a link to join the meeting on the day. AGM papers can be downloaded below.
The AGM covers the year 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021 which is the credit union’s financial year.
At the AGM you will:
Hear updates on the credit union’s progress during the year from the board & the chief executive
Receive a report on the financial accounts for the year
Receive a report from the credit union’s external auditors
Consider and vote on proposed changes to the credit union’s rulebook
Elect directors to the credit union’s board
Approve the dividend for the year
Approve the credit union’s external audit partner for the new financial year
As well as the formal business, the meeting will also give you an opportunity to put faces to names as our staff team will be online for the session to say hello to you all.

We very much welcome questions to be submitted in advance and you will have the opportunity to read your question aloud on the call itself if you are able to attend.
