However, you can still manage your account and make withdrawals* using Online Member Access during this time.
*Please note: withdrawals will be processed during the Christmas period on normal working (non-Bank Holiday) days only.
Applying for a Christmas Loan? To avoid disappointment, we advise all Christmas Loan applications are submitted prior to 16th December to be processed before the Christmas Break. Applications received after this date will be processed in order of receipt but are not guaranteed to be processed before Christmas.
On Friday 16th December only, online withdrawals must be received before 2pm for same-day processing. Withdrawal requests received after 2pm on 16th December will be processed on Monday 19th December.

Online Members Access is the easiest way to manage your account and make withdrawals. If you’ve not yet registered (or perhaps it’s been a while since you last used your account), please take a moment to ensure you’re set up ready.
You’ll just need your credit union membership number to get started – visit the Members Access webpage and click on ‘register’ to set up member access for the first time.
