“I wanted to get involved with The Co-op Credit Union as I believe the credit union plays an important role in providing members access to fair and affordable credit”.
I want to use my experience within financial services to support the credit union in achieving their goals, whether that be improving the online experience for its members, or finding ways to attract new members that could benefit from their services.
I’m currently employed as a Savings Product Manager at a mutual building society, before which I was employed with the Co-operative Bank for over 13 years. During this time I had roles across Marketing, Product Management and Business Change. I initially joined as a Product Manager on Loans and later spent many years working on Savings. I cared about developing and delivering products and services that met customers’ needs and expectations.
I joined The Co-op Credit Union board in September 2020″.
