How to pay in

There are a number of ways to pay into your account, either regularly, or as a one-off payment. You can even set up ‘savings pots’ with us to help you reach your savings goals for something special like Christmas, or a wedding or a holiday. Here’s how:

Make a change to your regular savings amount:

If you’d like to make a change the amount you save each month, simply get in touch via Members Access or our secure messaging app, Nivo to let us know. Note: you must save a minimum of £10/month into your regular savings account.

Make one-off payments to your savings account

Simply get in touch via Members Access or our secure messaging app, Nivo to request our bank details to make your payment.

Members Access and Nivo are the quickest and most secure ways to get in touch. If you are unable to register for these services, you can also contact us about your savings by email at credit.union@co-operativecreditunion.coop – please include your 8-digit membership number in any email correspondence.

Set up savings pots

Want to put aside a little extra each month for something special? Our named Savings Pots are an ideal way to motivate you as you watch your savings grow. You can choose from:

Christmas Saver, Wedding Saver, University Fund, Baby Fund, Home Deposit Fund, Car Saver, Holiday Saver,
or for anything else, Special Saver.

To open a Savings Pot (in addition to saving a minimum of £10/month into your regular shares), simply get in touch via Members Access or our secure messaging app, Nivo to let us know the name of the pot you want from the list above, and the amount you’d like to save to your Savings Pot each month and we’ll set this up for you.
